Request Strains

  1. Select the desired strain from the list of strains and click the “Add” button.
    When requesting for transgenic organism, the genetic experimental design for the recombinant must be approved by the safety committee of the affiliated institution.
  2. Click the "View cart" button at the top right and then the "Request" button. You will be redirected to the login screen.
  3. Click the "Login" button.If you have already logged in, you will skip this login page.
  4. Enter your email address and password, and click the "Login" button.
  5. Follow the instructions to proceed, add your comments, agree with the MTA and only accept the credit card for payment.

    If transgenic organism is included, fill in the authorization number of the genetic experimental design for the recombinant in the comments field.

  6. A confirmation email with the details of your request will be sent to you.
  7. You will receive MTA attached to the email from the stock center.
  8. Sign the sample  form as a guide, please fill in the required information on the MTA draft you received and send the completed PDF file via email to the following address.
    If there are any errors or omissions in the information provided, we may ask you to make corrections and re-sign the document. ( )
  9. The received MTA will be signed by our resource center as well. Then, the MTA with all required signatures will be sent back to you.
  10. Your strain resource will be shipped.
